It makes sense. We come into existence when we speak our thoughts. Our unique nature can be expressed in action in our words. I do seem to understand that when I am masking myself whether to not come out as stupid or fearing the exclusion from the group I am masking myself from me too.when i genuinely make an attempt to learn what my opinion of something is i at the very least come to understanding that I lack the knowledge and should learn more of myself.

I can see the mental process of a smart individual not really listening and doubling down on flawed concepts. Crippled by fear, they will take their pride to an early grave before becoming humble and going back to the drawing board. There’s nothing more terrifying than entertaining the thought that everything you’ve based your stance/life on is wrong. I’ve been there and I feel for him and others alike, but becoming humble is a responsibility we all are called to bear. If you can’t bear it, then you’re not on the appropriate level to be making global decisions, nor influencing others.
